Refund policy

At Aveea Academy, we work hard to deliver fun, safe, and high-quality STEM sessions your child enjoys. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can run consistent programmes for all children.

• Refunds for cancellations by Aveea: If Aveea must cancel a session (e.g. due to site access issues at the school), a refund will be issued for the missed session.
• Missed sessions: Refunds are not given for absences due to sickness, holidays, lateness, or early pick-up once a session has taken place.
• Behavioural exclusions: If a child is excluded from the programme for behavioural reasons, refunds will only be issued for the remaining sessions in that term.
• Late collection: Children must be collected on time. Persistent late collection may lead to removal from the programme and fines may apply.
