Terms of service
By booking a place at Aveea Academy, parents/guardians and schools agree to our Terms of Service. These ensure sessions run smoothly, safely, and fairly for all children.
Responsibilities- Parents must inform Aveea of any medical needs, allergies, or SEND support requirements before sessions begin.
- Children are expected to follow school behaviour policies. Repeated disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme.
- Parents must ensure timely collection at the end of each session. Persistent lateness may incur fines or removal from future programmes.
- Refunds are not issued for missed sessions (e.g. sickness, lateness, early pick-up).
- Refunds are only given if Aveea cancels a session due to site access issues.
- If a child is excluded for behavioural reasons, refunds may be issued for the remainder of the term only.
- All Aveea staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding.
- Serious safeguarding concerns will be reported to the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead or relevant authorities.
- Sessions are delivered under Aveea’s Health & Safety Policy. Schools remain responsible for venue safety.
- Aveea carries public liability insurance.
- We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather closures, emergencies).
- This agreement is governed by UK law.
